Triumph Herald (c 1971)

Hemley

Why? Well my mother-in-law lent us hers for our honeymoon and its nice to see a classic in use and not over polished and labelled. From an automotive point of view, I think it was about the last car with a chassis and non-structural shell

Well spotted and captured in what looks to be an unlikely place to find one.

Great cars, I learned to drive in my Dad’s lilac coloured Herald. I did occasionally fall foul of the reserve petrol switch!
