Our former cottage and garage that I and our sons built some 30 years ago. We owned the cottage and lot for about 28 years and decided to sell it about 10 years ago. In 1998 we had a similar flood, supposidly the 100 year flood. I'm sure glad it isn't I that has to repair the flood damage this time. I understand that the water levels have still not peaked.
