Admittedly, the shot is not perfectly in sharp focus. Unfortunately, hand holding the cell (with no IS) in low light in one hand and the bendable menu in the other was beyond my abilities. But I did the best I could to capture the memory of an unique - to say the least - dining experience.

Although I've always been adventurous in trying new foods, both horse meat and raw chicken are two big NO NO's for me!!! However, they seem to be very well liked and treat for many in Japan. Putting aside my feelings of eating a pet as being repulsive, I can maybe understand people consuming horse meat. However, isn't eating raw chicken rather dangerous for all people, no matter what their cultural beliefs???
