Animals in captivity don’t make the best portrait candidates. If this was a story about he conditions of this animal it would have a different impact.
The white balance is not right, the bears' fur is contaminated and not white. This can be fixed in your raw editor.
Some of the detail of the white fur has been lost. If the bear is your main subject having it in sharp detail is essential.
Try a wider aperture i.e. f/8 or higher. In shadow conditions like this scene, this means you will need to dial up your ISO.
