It was a nice place to be last week as we waited for my husband to wake up from his brain surgery which I happily report went well. Now home and recovering well we even managed to go out to celebrate our son's birthday tonight...but with a very lopsided haircut I must say :)) Chris Hadden and I have walked in these South Bank Parklands, Brisbane, twice in the past 10 years when she's visited here....it is a tranquil place in the city and in our semi-tropical region is mostly green, even in drought.
