Sea of Brown

Sugar Land, Texas

The Levee District is widening our drainage ditch.
Since we are at sea level and get Summer huricanes, we need all the help we can get.
Last storm, Harvey dropped 40 inches of rain in two days.

A well composed image that, in spite of the subject, captures the imagination. V

Hopefully it works and hopefully the storms will be fewer, though I'm not so sure they will. :-( Nice capture of the work!
