Rochester, NY’s Corn Hill Neighborhood
It’s the city’s oldest residential neighborhood. Every July there is a large arts festival held here that draws thousands of people. This cold icy weather makes July seem like a dream.

It does, but July will come again, hopefully, and with it a more cheery environment. It looks like a pretty place. ~BV~

admire the sense of immediacy your image portrays...the passersby animate the scene well too..

Lovely shot. Nice how the branches arc over the bandstand. V

Summer arts festivals seem light years away in this bleak scene. Very well photographed and timed. "V"

Beautifully framed. The dog in the red sweater steals the show.

Looks like it would be a pleasant place in summer! Love the effect with the fisheye lens. V.
