Lake Effect Snows

Yesterday we had dark stormy skies that brought us today! We got about 5 inches snow and
some gusty winds. The result was poor visibility and drifting snow. My normal commute to
work is 20 minutes. Today was about 45 minutes. By lunch time the sun was shining and the
highway crews had cleaned up the snow. That's lake effect snow for you!
Unpredictable and sometimes short lived.

LOL! I kinda miss snow but only if I can take Laine's idea of going back to bed!

The storm has come this way and we are supposed to get 6 or 7 inches tonight. Hope you can stay warm.

I used to live near Cleveland, so I know all about lake effect snow. Can't say I miss it, but I do like your photograph.
