We had a company come out shortly after I got the deck pulled up for an estimate and accepted their bid even though it would be 3-4 months before they could begin. We were willing to wait since they got good reviews and we were able to view some of their previous work. After 4 moths, we called to see what our status was, but our calls and emails were not returned. Long story short, we dropped them and hired another company.
