Nice image with good perspective created by the road and wire. Brings me back to my youth with a similar image on my retina however with smaller fields and wheat instead of rapeseed. The road in Hamme was the track of a steam-tram and the fields were situated behind the orchard of my grandma.Grandma owned some of the fields and 5 years ago my family and I sold them to a real estate developer.
Is that the highway heading north or ? Look at that rich soil! Do they call this prairie, or high country? I remember how flat northern Alberta seemed to be.
