I remember the winter of 1981...we had snow ( a rare event ) one day. Our son coming home from school received a bee sting as he placed his hand on the gate....the one person in our family who is allergic to them :)) Clearly the bee was confused about the unusual weather too. In Spring we moved to the subtropics and that's why I remember that last cold winter !!
