Like many Cuban public buildings, the Hotel Deauville was much nicer on the inside than its worn out facade and neon would at first indicate. We met up there quite a few times after both of us and our guide split up for various reasons. It was pretty centrally located along the Malecon, the famous street that runs on the edge of the harbor.
