Capturing the many bends of the San Juan River at Goosenecks State Park was a challenge because of facing the sun at sundown with a cloudless sky and that my normal wide angle zoom was not wide enough. I decided to try my Rokinon 8mm and photograph after the sun had set. When my son Paul appeared in the image I felt I had the best of both worlds. My son in the image and capturing all the bends of the river at the same time. For a fairly inexpensive lens I was very pleased.
