Great News

At home in the rose garden.

I really like how this rose breeder gets so much colour into his roses, this
particular rose has a mix of blue successfully edging the deep crimson. Probably
the reason why he gave his rose this name! A finicky one to grow, it hasn't thrived
in my rose garden, but it has hung in there and each year produces these lovely
blooms. No added texture.

A very beautiful capture of this lovely rose of an intense color and with lots of folded petals. I especially like the name, who wouldn't like "Good News" for a change. V
