The car ride on UT Route 12 from Bryce Canyon to Capitol Reef National Park was most interesting in many aspects.

Shortly after we passed the cowboys (one of whom is captured in an earlier picture), the road began to climb and we reach an elevation that had seen snowfall recently. We descended below the level of the snow as we approached Torrey, UT.
