Personally, I'd have left it in Eligible.

Worthy of being demoted from eligible?

There was never a doubt in my mind that she was found art since none of us have a fully equipped studio at our disposal to shoot that style of photography. That brings us back to art is art and I feel it’s no different than using photos taken at the art gallery or the museum. If there was a copyright then then you’d have to make sure the copyright showed and gave credit to the original phographer.

Like Jim said you combined 3 elements to create a new final image. One might want to consider putting a small disclaimer... actually thats something your better suited to advise on than I. Paul

Then this is certainly "your" image. You have put 3 different elements together that didn't exist together before you shot them.

I wouldn't even think twice about it.

No, these are three separate elements on three different planes of view. Only the face was on the billboard, and certainly not in this thoughtful configuration. The only reason I would consider this mine is that the photographer that shot the face, (though this really was a body also), had no thought or intention of it showing what is shown here, face compressed against a frame and flowers that....make the image in relation to each other. Before I answer your question - is this one photograph of 3 elements that appeared at the same time on the billboard?

Well, this is a bit of a cheat...and I'd like your opinions on whether or not this is "my,' image and so can post it in a best of Traveller email.

Well, we are talking about found images anyway...

So I'm out in Beverly Hills, (don't ask why poor me is in BH), and I see an electronic sign advertisement for....something...very striking but it is moving at a very rapid pace, dancing then bottles, etc....but I step back and see it though a marble bordered, framed window...nice, but then, if I bent down, stepped back and twisted a little, there were some silk artificial flowers in a large vase...that gave a three D feel to something flat...

So, combining these three elements I took this picture...that turned out much better than expected...I had about 10 throw a-ways...this was the only one with the face, remember this was moving fast...it then required some substantial PS work....but it is a very good image.

The Question is,

Is it my image?

Best Wishes, Traveller

Adding to Paul's comment, I'm curious about the title.
