We had a stormy night before when we arrived in Grand Junction and instead of setting up camp, my son and I slept in our car at our reserved campsite. It was a cold and very long night. We were greeted with the storm clouds leaving the area at sunrise so our visit was well worth the experience. We really liked Grand Junction which is near by and after our morning photography and a hot breakfast, we were on our way to Arches National Park.
