1970 Dodge Super Bee

Hickory Corners, Michigan

The original Dodge Super Bee was based on the Dodge Coronet two-door coupe
and was produced from 1968 to 1970. The origin of the name "Super Bee" has
its basis in the "B" Body designation pertinent to Chrysler's mid-sized
cars, including the Road Runner and the Charger.

Of the 15,506 produced, there were only 729 Super Bee four-speed hardtops coated
with the EV2C Hemi Orange paint. The "High Impact" color on this example was an
extra-cost option. A complete number match from the Lynch Road Assembly Plant of
Detroit, MI, this 1970 Dodge Super Bee is a Stock Concourse Gold winner having scored
an astounding 970 points out of 1,000-points.
