Day Eleven

We spent the day with Bruce and Joyce. They took us on a tour of St. Paul which included the University of Saint Thomas where Bruce was the Operations Manager or equivalent for quite a while. We were in search of a brewery to spend some time and have a few beers. The ones we stopped at were all closed on Monday. That was the pits. So we drove back over the river and went to Hop & Barrel in Hudson, WS, a place they knew well. They had good beer there. After a tasty pint and some pop corn it was back to the house for more cribbage and a nice dinner with two of their wines. Very good wine! I am no expert but in my estimation these were very nice wines. I could drink them all day. Actually, that is what we did. Joyce made a nice dinner and then we resumed the cribbage challenge. Once again Bruce and I were humbled by Joyce and Ginny. That included a skunk.

Today's photo is of the group. Ginny likes to get pictures of us with the people we visit. Sometimes it is a pain, but in the long run those photos are quite nice to look at later.
