This is just a far-less-than-perfect-quality "Memory Shot". I won't pretend that it is anything more. Still, I'm glad I was able to get this impromptu "grab" : (memorable to me anyhow) personality shot of Chile.

Not wanting to just throw the Sunflowers out after discovering "visitors" http://www.pbase.com/britestar/image/168114116 on them,
I put the vase outside in the dog run.

Because no one "lifts a leg" here; the new decorations were safe on the ground.
Sitting on top of the fence's top railing would have been too dangerous with a top heavy, glass vase. However, in the patio on the ground, I could see the pretty flowers from my patio door without having to risk my indoors house plants to a possible bug infestation from the Sunflowers. Weird maybe. But that was the only solution I could find for keeping the Sunflowers.

The addition of a vase of flowers to "their area" has gone unnoticed by everyone but Chile. Every time that Chile goes out, she likes to sniff the flowers before going about her other business - like chasing crickets.
