slow progress

one of two tugboats making slow progress in towing a long string of log booms upriver to a lumber mill..in truth they advanced at a walking pace

beyond the tug is Sea Island, where McDonald Beach Boat Launch is located..no permanent marina there, yet anyone with a small boat can utilize the facility to launch their craft, set off along the river, and out to sea

How do they tie all those logs together? We don't see this in our area.

A traditional way to move logs in the river, forgot how slow the progress was! So nice to have a public boat launch too. Excellent shot. V
