Every year just before school starts, the community pool closes down for the season,
but before they do, for 3 hours they welcome the dogs and their humans.
They call the event "Pooch Plunge".
I have never seen such craziness as dogs of all breeds and sizes run and play off-leash
and jump into the water for a swim. You can almost hear the dogs laughing!
