Always sad to see houses torn down, while so many are homeless. But, it seems that Rochester has a glut of abandoned places that are probably dangerous and a public nuisance. I don't see a happy ending for your City. Without people, there is no tax base, hence no infrastructure support and nothing to offer prospective businesses to relocate. V
