A Favorite from Archives

This tree was felled in a storm.
It is situated in a large graveyard.
As you can see, the tree grew a new trunk
from an underground root and grew up through
the felled trunk. Amazing sight!

I know a place where a jacaranda blew over in a storm in the 80's and it's still flowering each year :) So this is good, I like your archive shot, Carol. V
