"Angry Bird!'

The Red-winged Blackbird has personality plus, IMHO! It is a beautiful singer and striking in appearance. It is bold, sometimes aggressive, and has been called 'angry bird'.

The reason for this is well illustrated in the experience told in the story at this link - http://www.mlive.com/news/index.ssf/2018/07/man_attacked_by_red-winged_bla.html I remember having a red-winged blackbird buzz me one time, I think because I got too close to its nest. I didn't know where the nest was.
