The previous owner built a stand in some trees and nailed boards as steps to the top. He had a safety harness and spent enjoyable occasions watching the ducks ducks, herons, egrets, sandhill cranes in the marsh. What he found exciting was that the birds would fly past him at eye level and would not even see him.
This stand is unsafe to use and would need repairs and back up safety belts and harnesses and 'use at own risk' would be stipulated.
