Aging Ornate Stairway

Havana, Cuba

We were in this building which looks like it is in total disrepair in places and mostly deserted, but up this stairway and another like it on the floor above was one of the best restaurants in Havana where we went for lunch. When this is fully restored, I am sure it will be magnificent.

a grand building...restoration seems only a step or two away...some converted mansions in Havana are striking structures..
