I hope you are not too bored with seeing this room over and over, but its particular lighting problems - often a mix of daylight and fluorescent pose unique challenges.

This morning I was marveling at the burst of color from my faithful schlumbergera (sometimes called "Christmas Cactus") demanding my attention in the dim early morning light and thought capturing it with in-camera hdr might do it justice. I could have brightened the image, but that would not reflect the true ambient light. You can see a bit of fluorescent color reflected on the back of the sofa. (And yes, that lamp shade is askew because I dropped the lamp and bent the whole assembly out of whack.)
