Chocó Brushfinch
(vs Yellow-breasted Brushfinch which has a black/charcoal back and rufous down the nape. Chocó Brushfinch has brown back and yellow nape (p.210, Lelis' book). Consensus 3/27/2018 is that this is Chocó Brushfinch.)
