Kiwano

Sugar Land Texas

At the grocers, these are horned melons or Kiwano. I have no idea how to eat one, but the store sells quite a lot of them.

African Cucumber is what we know them as. Peel, slice and and pour over vinegar, salt & pepper and eat with a salad....they are lovely.
