The circus was in town in Alpharetta. Robert got tickets for all of us and we headed out to see the Big Apple Circus. I think the last time we went to the circus was when Robert was about 5 years old or so. Anyway, we had a great time. The tent was hotter than hell during the first half of the show. The conspiracy theorist in me says that was planned so they would sell lots of liquid refreshments at the intermission.

The headliners for the show were the Flying Wallendas. They are a very famous tight rope act. The family has been at it since 1922. The highlight of the performance was a seven person pyramid which went off without a hitch. Very impressive.

I don't think that the
Well Balanced Wallendas is
a very catchy act name.

I think the Wallendas should change their brand. Flying, with a tightrope walker seems like the last thing they would want to do.
