My name is Holland Shoaf . I have been awarded 763 dollars from a warranty complaint filed by Advance Auto of Lexington NC. The money was sent ( as protocol to Firestone Corporate because they were the original parts purchaser during a repair job done by Firestone Of Lexington NC on my car ) and this money can not be found by a Camille S in the Firestone Warranty Claims Dept. The check number ( am told by Advance Auto is 420024 and was written on Aug 21 and CASHED on August 31. Advance Auto will not give me the exact address to which the check was sent because I am not the original purchaser but both lower and upper level warranty claim depts (Advance Auto Warranty 888-286-6722 and Savanna Hodges at Advance Auto Corporate ( 540-362-4911 ) have told me the check was sent to Firestone Corporate. I have called and emailed numerous times with Camille S about this issue and she finally has stopped communicating with me. She couldnt or wont admit about finding that check information out that I could after she admitted to calling Advance Autos warranty dept. I have been a customer more than once with Firestone so please consider this request. Please investigate who cashed this check and where that money went to. There should have been information to why this check from Advance Auto was sent to Firestone, It was about an honored warranty claim with Advance Auto initiated by me through an Amanda here in Lexington and was sent to Firestone / Bridgestone Corporate because it is their protocol but that money was supposed to be sent to me. Please tell me what information I can send you that may help with the finding of this money ? Thank you Holland Shoaf
