Paul, I'm not sure whether they were fighting or not. There were actually 4 of them in the vicinity - 2 adults and 2 juveniles. It was quite a show, anyway. Michael

I know nothing about kites other than flying one my dad and I built together as a kid. This is wicked looking and I do mean wicked. I know nothing about them but it would be hard to think this was a mating ritual with those talons out for the kill like that. But if these were two males fighting over mating rights of a nearby female that would put a different spin on it altogether. Paul

This may be mating ritual...or not. You have some really great shots over in Exhibition. Wow is right but larger than just this image....you are very good...With Birds! Traveller
