Not often do I get the chance to observe the American Robin. They come to our SE Texas region during the winter months. Surprisingly, I have very few photos of the Robin. I grew up with Robins as a child, long before photographing them. I think this is the bird that got my interest into bird watching. I remember watching them pull up worms in the yard and little did I know at the time that my interest for birds would continue throughout my later years.
