I took this on our way to Adana, in southern Turkey, where the US military and NATO forces operate against the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) from a Turkish base. They have a commissary there, so a big reason to visit. Oddly enough, I think we only went there once in our almost eight years in Turkey. Six hours (or whatever it was) is just too far to go grocery shopping.
