We celebrated our eldest granddaughter's 21st the weekend
just gone... and this cake shaped to look like a water melon
is a memory trip for our family, when as a young teen she
managed to guess the weight of a HUGE water melon and won
it as a prize. Unfortunately we were holidaying at the time and what to do with this huge addition of food the day
before we were to fly home with only small fridges... we had to attempt eating as much as we could!
The accompanying cakes are as follows; a "spit" cake for the nearly 4 year old, and
a cake without the red food colouring for one of our grandsons who is allergic to this addition.
By the way, the cake was delicious, no fake flavours used!
