Halloween mischievousness

For November #1 "what I saw today"

Our island main street dripping with toilet paper this morning.. happens every year.
The younger crowd takes pleasure in smashing pumpkins and littering.
They could be more creative with their mischief..

That happens around here too, at least the toilet paper disappears after a couple of rain showers. V

What a find! Small town, should be easy to find the culprits, LOL. I hate to admit we did the same - 60 years ago!
