This Boeing B-29 Superfortress, Bockscar, dropped the Fat Man atomic bomb on Nagasaki on Aug. 9, 1945. The Fat Man silhouettes above the nose art represent four pumpkin bomb missions and, as a red bomb, the atomic bomb drop on Nagasaki. The nose art was added after the Nagasaki mission.
