In the thick weeds that surround the wetlands area of Virginia's State Arboretum (Blandy Experimental Farm).
This juvenile certainly could be missed pretty easily. Best viewed in "original' size.

Easily missed indeed. I like how it is set among the weeds in this image, giving a great idea of both the bird and its habitat.
