Here is a survivor of homes constructed in the later quarter of the 19th century used on many Minnesota farms.
I took this shot a couple of months ago, it is located near our daughter's home about 30 miles north of us.
These kinds of homes once dotted the Minnesota and Dakota prairie, now very few remain.
