CTB 1 (Abell 85) is a faint supernova remnant (SNR) in the constellation of Cassiopeia.
CTB 1 is approximately 10000 lightyears away and spans about 100 lightyears in diameter.
It is dated to be 10,000 years-old.
It is extremely dim and difficult to image - it took a very fast telescope (10" F2.8)
Even then, I had to use bin 2 for the Ha data.
