Slightly dampen wood, wrap in foil, plug in heating element which is sandwiched between the wood and2 thing metal pieces. Heat until the wood stars to droop and then very gently apply pressure to the center clamp. Slowly pull the end clamps over the mold and heat for 5- 10 minutes. Turn off heat and let cool in the press.
