Wilson's type Storm-petrels and describes a new species nesting in the Andes above Santiago in Central Chile.
Many of the photos of Fuegian Storm Petrel (Oceanites oceanicus chilensis) are taken on pelagics out of Valparaiso.
These are in fact Andean Storm-Petrels, so the ID criteria for Fuegian needs to be re-assessed'.
