I went to the Egbert Road bridge one foggy day in 2006. I had my first digital camera, a decent little thing but quite noisy. I think I cranked up the ISO on this shot. The original was noisy and unsharp. Cleaning up the noise left it looking unnaturally oily. So, I played around. In Topaz's BW Effects 3, I found a setting called Simplify. I turned it on and decided I liked the result.
