Good shot of this my first favorite car Jim. I owned four of them, one green and three red like this one. They were great dependable cars for the budget conscious.
when my Dad changed jobs and faced a long commute, during the early 1960s, he sold his Dodge and bought a Beetle in order to economize on gas...it seemed a cosy car, yet in Canadian winters the heater proved inadequate...as the lad of the family, had to huddle in the back seat wrapped in a woolen blanket...lovely shot..
