Had a heck of a rain storm last night and still going on at 10 AM,
this washed down from the highway due to a screen the county
installed to keep a culvert pipe open! I'm guessing the pipe is
open as it just clogs up the top and floods over the blocked screen!

Update; note the 'high water line' in the street.
99% is picked up, hoping for the street sweeper today.
