George Town has taken street art to a whole new level. In 2012 Penang’s municipal council hired Lithuanian artist,
Ernest Zacharevic and charged him with breathing new life into some of the atmospheric Chinese shop-houses around the
inner city. It turned much of Georgetown into an art-oriented tourist destination. It's everywhere and it's great!
