NGC 6960: The Witch's Broom Nebula a.k.a The Western veil Nebula (Caldwell 34)

Imaged from Beckwith Township, Ontario, Canada.

This 5.0 Magnitude Nebula is a cloud of heated and ionized gas and dust in the constellation Cygnus.
Along with NGC 6979, 6992 and 6995; NGC 6960 is part of The Veil Nebula.
NGC 6960 is the bright narrow nebula in the central to lower right; the bright star seen close to its middle is 52 Cygni.
This nebula is also nicknamed Filamentary Nebula; Lace-work Nebula; or Finger of God Nebula.

Nikon D7200 (unmodified); Nikon 500mm F/4G @ f/4; Celestron AVX Equatorial Mount; Auto-guiding with Celestron SSAG.
39 x 2.5 minute subs (total integration of 97.5 minutes)

Shot in RAW (NEF); converted to 16-bit TIFFs; Stacked in DSS; processed in Photoshop CC; and Pixinsight.
