Each year this event recreates the days when hundreds of miners and their families took their holidays,
by bus or, if lucky enough, by private car from all over the area to spend their holidays in Berck sur Mer.
Note the luggage - pram, suitcase, bags and a bakerlite radio!

More than 200 vehicles took part today, the sun shone, the saucissons and frites were plentiful and the event was peaceful.
