with so much rain, and a good dose of sunshine too, the Olympic Peninsula supports a plethora of plants...this cluster was spotted along the trail to Cape Flattery
in answer to a couple of questions, the prominent fungus may well be slime mould growing on shelf fungus...do not know precisely, but Christine certainly offers some insightful information
